ACTion by C. J. Holz, follows a player's TRN actions. Whether the Player get their TRN in or not, or when the TRN file is stale, records YELLOW and RED Host Errors, whether the Race is controlled by a Computer Player, or the Race doesn't exist at all. This make the Host's job easier in determining when players miss too many turns to remove them from the game and possibly find a replacement player. |

If you can use CGI scripts on your web-site, then
the AT-Webforms, from Hawk at Dark Soft,
will make thing a lot easier for the host and the players. If you
can't use CGI, then mail requests, from players, have to use their own
language, or the host has a lot of work to do.

(1.6M) |
Planet Master's Host Control Centre, by Bernd
Ruf, is a auto-hosting system that uses MAPI compatible mail readers,
and your FTP program. It generates it's own web-pages for you, (customizable
by the host), that players can use to send mail requests to PHCc
for game enrolment, game joining and other requests.
It would be nice if it had it's own built-in mailer & FTP, to save having to run 2 separate programs after the Host-run. This is the final version of PHCc for VGAP v3, development is now taking place on VGAP v4 only. Due to the size of the file, this is a link to the Planetmaster web-page. |
